Bob, I have followed some of the comments and questions and really like your idea. I like your idea of offering it in the Spring if not this Fall. Spring may be better given that many have questions and concerns, plus it may give you more time to get the word out since there have been many who have passed years and decades ago and their families may wish to participate but the question is how to reach out to them. This is where I think the Spring date would be more reasonable. What do you think? As for civilians, that is touchy only because I would think that if civilians are included, we must and should include the long time Reserve officers who have given so much of their life to stand out there on the road directing traffic and handling all sorts of details to free up the officers, such as your father. I know all this is probably giving you a migraine which is another reason why giving it more time may help. Just my 2 cents.
