The latest hack occurred in China by of all people “Alli Babba”. Reminds me of the story of ALLI BABBA and the 40 thieves. I am with M&T. I got a call from them about 5 purchases made in China. Wel of course….that’s where Alli Babba lives. I called back this morning to the fraud department and said.I thought said call sounded too far fetched to be believable. They said “no, it was a true call”
Well holy shit. Hail Mary x3. So I said cancel all info and send new card. The phony charges included a start up college payment. SMH. Amounted to overt $1700.00. All refunded to my account.
