Wow. I will remain almost silent. Quite a severe waste of talent and experience. But…that said,I am split on this matter. We have always been told for the sake of patient safety and officer safety…cuff them. But a simple order from a captain to him to rescind said order and a 2 day grounding would suffice. JEEZE!
