Jack was my neighbor in Davidsonville. They lived directly across from the Ruritan club on 424. He and his wife, Millie Welsh, were very much into horses and dogs. Millie was a supervisor in Juvenile services. Jack did win the lottery shortly after he and Millie divorced. I lost track of him after he left the department. My wife still is in contact with Millie.
