Prescriptions through our carriers are pathetic. Both CVS and CVS Caremark constantly drop the ball. I have been fighting with both for nearly 2 years after they dropped a prescription they previously were filling.
My Doctor recommended filing a complaint with the Maryland Insurance Administration.
