I remember when Baltimore Cuty just GAVE Fort Smallwood to AA county. I was working Riviera Beach and often saw City cars racing to the park over fishing wars and drinking fights. Backed them up,and finally they called it quits. Lock stock and barrel, it was mine. Never did take up fishing. It was just past Earth man’s house. I think he was deaf and dumb. But NOT stupid.
