Be very careful in handling the paper which can crumble with age. If you can, wear cotton gloves since the oils in your fingers can deteriorate the paper. If I had it I would call the Enoch Pratt library in Baltimore to see if they could tell you if it is a rare copy worth investing in restoring or if it is one of many. They may be able to recommend a restorer. As you turn the pages, perhaps you can snap a photo of each page for sharing of interesting ads or information in the book.
