I had one contact with Charlie during my career. An off duty Baltimore City officer was driving drunk one night and ran over the Schulte Ford dealership sign on Ritchie Highway. His passenger was Charlie. I gave him a break and only issued one ticket, but that apparently set him off. A nurse from North Arundel called me to say that he threatened to kill me over the citation. I reported it to Balt City and they did an internal on the guy. Apparently he was a problem child.
