Baltimore city cops would come hauling butt (almost said ass) down Fort Smallwood Road when I had that Riviera Beach post, heading to the park for a fishing fight or something. After a gazillion calls there, Baltimore City finally made the decision to GIVE the park to the County. Made sense to me. Bobby you are correct, drunk dumping was a waste of their time. The went right back. Bloody Pond….found most of our stolen cars there.
