In the past, the County would send out a letter in the month of June with an explanation of the COLA for the payout effective July 1st.

Over the past couple years, that practice has ceased and there is not even an email/e-letter indicating the COLA change as far as I am aware.

Sometimes you will see a posting on our Board from a member who made a call to Personnel inquiring as to the percentage increase. Other than that, we all just sit back and wait until it hits.

Wish I had a better answer.
