He was responding to an off duty officers car windows being shot out. We had a rash of them shooting out officers ppv windows at their homes while they slept. Lindy Lee Virgin and another fukin puke (cant remember the name) were the assholes doing it. I locked them up for the shootings, dont remember the outcome. they were real pieces of shit. I always blamed them for Pauls death as he was rushing because of them. One of the saddest moments of my career. Very tragic!
