I don't know if this is relevant but when I retired in 2001 I went to work for the Attorney General. Besides abuse cases in Nursing Homes, etc. I investigated Medicaid Fraud. My first case was a dialysis center in Essex (Dialysis with Heart). The owner was billing Medicaid thousands of dollars for administering Epogen to his patients (which is administered during the treatment and supposedly makes them feel better after the treatment). The problem was he never ordered any Epogen, and his patients never received it during the treatment. The patients felt worse after treatment, some died as a result of not receiving it. My prayers are with you and if you want to discuss it further call me at (410) 271-5380.
