John, I just don't see the big deal. We are retired law enforcement officers. In fact, sometimes when some numbnuts in a doctors office or someone who I think is getting too nosey asks what work I did I will say I'm a retired LEO. I had one yo-yo ask does that mean I was a lion tamer? And if I really want to see puzzled looks, I tell them I'm a retired sheep dog. Then, if they persist, you get to explain that police pofficers are the sheep dogs that protect the sheep (them) from the wolves. The brighter ones will laugh and move on. The dumber ones will still be puzzled! The bottom line is, I'm proud of the work I did! So they can call me whatever they like, police officer, LEO, Sheep dog, cop, whatever. I know and you know that most people could not do the work we did. It's that simple.
