I had to look through the state archives in Annapolis and talk to some of the real old timers families to get what little I did. There are two incidents involving Fifth Election district officers that I included in the history. The first, from 1905, was Officer John George McNamara, who was shot and killed trying to apprehend a man stealing coal. The second was in 1915 when Officer John E. Miller was shot and killed trying to arrest a loud drunk.
That's all I have specifically about Fifth Election district officers.
