Aetna Follow-up

So, today I got a voicemail from Aetna telling me that my appeals are with Livanta, and any information I have must go through them! Totally ignoring all the possible fraud information. This directly contradicts what I was told by Livanta, who told me that I must talk to Aetna. This is FUBAR! I called Aetna, spoke to yet another underling (supervisor not available!) who had to be given all the information from scratch, again! She finally put me on hold while she 'checks with their billing department' and then never came back on the line! FUBAR! I let brother O'Bie know what is going on, and he is going to see if there is anyone with an IQ above 30 at Aetna I can be put in contact with. This stuff is really stressing me out! It does nothing to help me heal and recuperate! To all my bothers and sisters using Aetna: Check your billing carefully! You might be getting cheated out of coverage days and money!
