ID help needed

I recently acquired this Quadrant model of a Soviet Whiskey class submarine. It is labeled Q214 Whiskey V sonar, but it doesn't look like any of the Trident Whiskeys on Sammelhafen. In particular it has a sonar dome aft of the sail and a funny radar(?) on the sail. Can anyone help me with the identification?
