Resumption of shipping goods to the USA and from

The problem is that we, as retailers, have to pay the taxes for our US customers in advance.
However, we only find out the exact amount when we create the shipping label.
This would mean that we would have to send a follow-up email to the collector who ordered the model from us and then inform them of the customs fees still to be paid.
We think that this will normalize over time.
We do not yet know how this will work on eBay.
