If you are in the US, the On-Line stores Office Max, Staples & U-Line offer cases of 2x2x(4-6-8 or 10") White Mailer boxes that are very protective. I just do a simple alteration so I can use double-side tape on the bottom. They are a little bigger but work well and are cheaper. for Bigguns, there are 3x3x (X) ones too. Chris Daley used to offer some thinner ones, but I think he didn't re-supply
