Rhenania made the semi-rigid Italia in metal and many manufacturers have made metal models of the non-rigid airships in 1/1200 or 1/1200 scale or thereabouts.

Wanting to take a stroll down memory lane, I recently bought a few Alnavco Logs from the early 1970s on eBay. I was paging through them this weekend and something caught my eye that I had never noticed.... Apparently they offered (1971-73 timeframe) a 1/1200 Zeppelin model. I don't recall that in any of their catalogs... Does anyone have any information about this model, and who produced it? It would seem to have preceded the Neptun zeppelins and dirigibles by many years.
