Those of you that follow 1250waterline models on facebook, have seen the 1250 paper ship models from Joachim Frerichs.
Through facebook, I was able to contact Joachim. He lives only 30 minutes from my hometown, Lingen, in Rheine.
On Tuesday, my friend Peter and I visited Joachim. He designs these models himself and builds them.
These models are available from Ecard for printing on your printer. I have built his Forrestal-relatively easy, if you have the patience to work with paper.
I showed Joachim my photos from Kassel. Perhaps, he will join us in Kassel in 2 years.
