Here are two Brown Water Navy models:

USS MONOGAHELA (1862) This model depicts the ship as built. In 1883 she was reconstructed which significantly changed her appearance. She had a long career, eventually serving as a training ship until 1908.





USS SARANAC (1848). Commissioned in 1850 she served until 1875 when she hit a submerged rock off British Columbia and sank.
