I agree with your suggestion that the light vessel model is by Argos but I think the Olympic model is the CM version because of the metal masts, the lifeboat davits and the cream coloured decks.
May 15 1934, White Star Line's RMS Olympic collided with and sank LV-117, Nantucket, south of that so-named island inbound for New York. Olympic put out boats that searched for and rescued several of Nantucket's crew but only four of eleven souls survived.
Many models of Olympic (and her sister Titannic) have been done (this one might be Mercator or perhaps Albatros or Gryzbowski). For Nantucket I'd go with Argos, AS-99.
