The only 1250 model of which I am aware of a containership with a capacity greater than 15,000 TEU is Rhenania Jr.'s one (RJ #200) of the Maersk Triple E Class (20 ships total model available with various names). I one of the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller (entry into service in 2013, 399x58m 18270 TEU - largest at the time. I obtained one from Wiedling in 2014.

There have been a number of other "forward bridge / aft casing" ships modeled, but I do not believe any others greater than 15,000.

As of this writing, Wikipedia lists approximately 100 containerships with capacities of 20000 TEU or more. I think it fair to say this is an underepresented area in 1250 modeling, though they all are very similar in design and appearance, and the material required to model them decently makes them awkard and potentially expensive to the hobby, not to mention the related shelf space and ability to judge demand prior to offering such models.
