Thank you very much sir, the pictures you posted helped me a lot and now I know from some of my own research that the Ammiraglio class submarine Cagni was painted in 1941 with the "La spezia" camouflage, the standard "La spezia" is a light gray or light blue upper deck and a blue-gray upper hull (I think the color is almost the same as navy blue, refer to the last preserved conning tower color of the Cagni). The spots on the upper hull are painted in brown, but at least from the black and white photos I can't tell it's brown, it looks very much like gray, not that dark. As for the part below the waterline, I think it should be dark gray, the same as the U-boat.
