John was an Icon in our 1250 community. He was a very multi-talented man who could not only build a model, but his painting skills were just as good. His interests were not only ships, but aircraft and miniatures. Hopefully, his website will keep his legacy alive for many years to come. I was always delighted to see his latest build show up on the website. His family will be in our prayers. A couple of things to consider is if anyone can keep his website running. The next item to consider should the family want to dispose of his collection at some time I'm sure there are those in our community that will step in to assist the family in this endeavor.
