I have made 2 orders from Peter since his shop closed. I may be able to answer your question.
1. Peter is now sending 2 invoices for each order. One is an acknowledgement of what you ordered, without calculating the discount or cost of shipping. It may take a bit for you to get the second one. That will have what he actually has in hand with the discount applied and a total in Euros, and it has to be done manually.
2. Pay that amount. I use Paypal, and send an email back that payment was forwarded by Paypal. He usually sends a thank you email and mails the item. It usually takes 10 to 15 business days for it to arrive.
3. If you got an invoice that does not reflect the discount, you can send an email asking for a total, although remember he doesn't have much help anymore. Give it a couple of days. Also keep communications as simple as possible. Remember English is not his primary language. With the added discount to CM models I probably will make another order soon.
Just remember he is closing out a decades long business so be patient.
Hi,
I need a little help on an order I made with Peter Wiedling. I got an invoice but no instructions on how to actually pay him. Could some one whose done business with him before tell me what I should do?
Thanks!
