I have just been reading a war memoir about this ship published in 1946 and wanted to know if she was modeled by anyone in our scale because she and her sister were pretty distinctive. I found a listing in the comprehensive Hamburg directory made by "K Modelle" but I don't know anything about this company. Can anyone enlighten?

Also BTW, I was reading this because I was looking for a later biography of Richmond Kelly Turner and this was the only thing that came up from Google in addition to the very old (though good) "Amphibians Came to Conquer" because Turner wrote the forward to the Doyen book. So in addition, does anyone know about any additional Turner bios? Seems strange that such a well-known and influential WWII naval leader did not get more coverage.
