You might look at Waterline-Ships.com. Martin's shop offers a wide array of aircraft, rail, tanks, etc. in 1/1200-1250 scale. Shipment from the UK took about 2 weeks about a month ago. Don't know with the current restrictions.
On Shapeways check out both the Snafu Store and Bill's Models.
