These are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. There are some CVE launches of USAAF aircraft in the Pacific during WWII.
I had the pleasure with speak with RADM. Flatley many years ago now.
The P2V evaluations were for the possible delivery of nuclear weapons from MIDWAY class carriers when no carrier aircraft were available to carry such weapons.
