Situations and ship IDs are correct and Blyskawika is a Star. [I have always marveled at how uneven Star's production was...this one was a pretty good one.] For the model of Haida, you have to think out of the box...

The served together in the 10th DF in June 1944, on June 8th the Battle of Ushant, where the German ex-Dutch ZH-1 was sunk.
Today both are museum ships.
Not sure about Blyskawica, doesn't look like Argonaut...maybe a Star. Haida might be a modified Neptun Tribal II?
