I was thinking Jervis and Vasilissa Olga built for Greece in the UK by Yarrow.
Jervis and Vasilissa Olga operated together in an action against an Italian convoy in the Mediterranean
The J Class flotilla leader was HMS Jervis, she also had a later Radar fitted late in the war. So would have more accommodation for additional cores? I think the aft torpedo tubes were refitted. If it is Jervis she saw a lot of action during the war.
