Many 1250 collectors will be disappointed to hear this. Are you planning to cast these in metal, not plastic?
Ah Paul, you never give on getting me to change scales! They're in 1/1200, but, with CAD, printing them in 1/1250 is only a click of a computer key, although it might mean beefing up some of the finer details such as the smaller gun barrels to allow them to be cast in alloy. I wouldn't have the time to do both scales, but, maybe someone else could do the 1/1250s?
Will these be available in 1250 scale or just 1200?
Well, PERTH is also in the queue -
Now that the CAD is conquered, I just have to see if my 3D printing skills are up to scratch. My "repeat & revise" method of learning the CAD means I have plenty of "virtual" models, at various stages of construction, awaiting printing, so, some might jump the queue if they progress more rapidly, but, at the moment it looks like, POPE, EXETER, DE RUYTER, JAVA - hopefully, this side of April.
And that's my first Imgur image!
Exiting news! A Java/Sumatra and an Exeter in 1942 configuration are extremely welcome!
What is the approximate price of unpainted Clydedale Deruyter?
