I have been on a long odyssey to produce models from CAD masters. I thought learning the CAD would be the hard bit, (and it was hard), but, equally difficult was finding a good 3-D printing source - very expensive and time-consuming. I have now acquired my own 3-D printers and this month I hope to get the first of the virtual models into production. There's lots of them, so I am working on outsourcing production to let me concentrate on producing the masters. First up, should be USS POPE and HMS EXETER 1942, with the Dutch ships to follow. Of course, there could be more hiccups ( I have my "L" plates up on the 3-D printers!), and others might jump the queue. But, as you can see, there is a new DE RUYTER "on the slips". Sorry I can't give you a definite release date yet.
The kits will be about £9 for the Destroyers and £18 for the cruisers, give or take.
Still using Photobucket! I really must find an alternative!
