Received this hack also. Realized quickly that Bill would not have created this fraud.

All,
I have been made aware that there is an email purporting to be from me asking for people to
donate gift cards. It seems that the email was sent to various people on the SMSC mail list.

This message is a phishing message, delete it if you have received it. I would never ask people to donate gift cards or any other forms of currency.
