I am sorry to hear you are having problems with this vendor. As I stated when you posted originally, his communication falls significantly short of what we have come to expect from vendors in 2019, but English is not a language he is fluent in. That can lead to a lot of problems.
First, I am sure he is not a scammer. Given that SpiderNavy is a limited production line, he may be having a delay in acquiring another copy of the model and just has not adequately communicated the problem back to you.
I had a somewhat similar situation with Wiedling, a vendor of renown reputation. I had ordered a Neptun Nagara, but received the modernized sister ship model of Isuzu instead, which I already had. When I contacted him, he said he was out of stock on Nagara at that time, apologized for the mistake, and said he would send it to me when he received new stock and reimburse me for return shipping. I was to wait to send it back until I received the correct model. After 3 months, he still hadn't receive a replacement from Neptun, so he refunded the price of the Nagara with a note to keep the Isuzu at his expense. I still have the extra Isuzu in its mismarked box, if anyone is interested.
But that is how I would expect this problem to be resolved.
