The real funny thing is; I overslept that morning, and my husband has gotten up before me (rarity) and comes and taps me on the shoulder about 7:30 in the morning. He wakes me with, "You've got a new baby outside"! I sprang out of bed and asked "Calypso"? (one of my camels is due any day) He said "no, it's Zulu". I questioned his recall of my animal names as he really does get their names mixed up sometimes. He assured me he could tell the difference in a zebra and a camel 
. So I got dressed (partially) and nearly killed myself getting out the door! Luckily those zebra are in a pasture that is about 50 ft. from my back door. What a sight.
The stallion "Zorro", is only about 20 years old. Here's a photo I took today of the colt checking out his dad. Zorro is so good with his foals, he seems to really enjoy being around them.
