Hello everyone, I just wanted to stop by and tell everyone that i went to the Zoo today. It was an amazing experience since this is my first time going to the zoo in about 5 years when I went to the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago. We all know that the first thing I did was RUN to go see the zebras, I was so anxious, it was the first time seeing them in so many years. The bad part was that I didn't get to see Grant's zebras, only Grevy's, which were really quiet and not doing much. I really don't like their stripe pattern, I much prefer that of the Grants. As I continued driving on the 3 person bike, my mother and I went to go see the Giraffes, it was the most amazing moment of my life when at the corner of my eye, i spotted a grants zebra dozing off in the hot Floridian sun. Sadly though, it was really far away, and I could not compare their size much. I talked to the giraffe zookeeper about the zebras, and even though he didn't deal with them at all, he did mention that they really have never had a problem with the zebras. I dont know if this is true or not, since I've heard so many things about zebras in zoo's, but I'l take it. I just cannot wait until I have the age, maturity, and economical power, or should I say capabilities, that you people have in order to acquire a zebra. These animals are just so beautiful.
