It's ironic, but I was referring to the "Dept. of Natural Resources". In our state we have to hold that license as well as the Federal USDA license to have exotic or unusual animals. The DNR is becoming so corrupt! I personally know of 4 individuals that have HUNDREDS of African hoof stock, with NO permit what-so-ever and the state knows that they are there. It is I guess only coincidental that all of these people are either very rich or are high up gov. employees.
