I just talked to the coordinator for the drive on the 4th. It is a pleasure drive, everyone meets at 10am and drives for about 2 hours and stops for a picnic lunch, then drives for another 2 hours. Basically a trail drive. The woman I talked to had heard of Charlie and asked if I was going to bring him well before I could even ask! She seemed to think that everyone would be happy to have him. I told her that I would pull him out if the horses started acting up around him, or at least find a compatable set of horses to drive with. I think Charlie can handle it since we will drive for 2 hours, then rest for an hour or so then drive 2 hours again. I will probably bring some feed for him to boost his energy for the second half of the drive. I am excited about it, should be fun!
