That's great to hear and we all know you've done a super job, but it seems to be the exception rather than the rule for adult zebras, let alone a stallion.
Can you give us Tatoo's background such as: how old he was when you got him, was he bottle raised, can you trim his feet, groom, give shots, blanket, and most importantly, how many hours have you spent working with him over the years, etc....to help people realize that it takes a hugh investment/commitment of time and patience to get and keep a zebra 'handleable'.
