Thanks Joyce, good to have people around who have "been there and done that!" The day my husband got his scar, I got a call from Jason. I was able to schedule a training session with him and Sammi Jo. We learned a lot from them and our experience. Things are much better now. Amazing what changes in body language can do. As humans, we are so much in our heads we forget what our bodies are saying. Zebras (and horses and about every other animal I can think of) don't miss a nuance.
Do you still have your zebra?
