Yes, I do have one and I discovered the fleece idea after he had bashed his face and had an abrasion that resulted in no haltering for awhile. He was very fussy about the nose band after that and was beter when I covered it. Makes sense. The clip innovation came up when I saw that to have the halter snug enough to be safe (we're worriers here!) then it would rub when he put his head down to eat. I used the clip to sort of fold it up against itself. Hard to describe, the slack was still there but up out of harm's way. He doesn't need that now that he is older with a larger head. And I am sure your guys don't either.
