Hi Joyce,
I have newer information from Bushman's Kloof Wilderness Reserve and their website said they feel there are about 1600. I am in contact with them and several officals from different parks in Africa. No one seems to have a number, but I have not given up. I was told they hard to count because of where they live, the mountains. My last hope is the Red List. I will keep you posted on my adventure.
