Jon Hampton is backstage, and he is on the phone with somebody.
JON HAMPTON: Oh yeah, hell yeah- man.. I wish- you could be here…. It’s a damn shame. Really is.. But, hey…. I’ve got my match coming up.. with Jesse Jones, and if I’m able to escape this match up.. I’m going on… to the MAIN EVENT, and I’m squaring off- with Carlos Shotgun……… you’re damn right I’ll be getting my sweet revenge….. Hold on a second--
Just then-- XWF OWNER, Michael Lucente walks in the locker room, and addresses Jon Hampton.
XWF OWNER- Michael Lucente: …Just to let you know… there’s a lot riding on this match….
JON HAMPTON: Yes, sir.. I understand that…
XWF OWNER- Michael Lucente: ..Good, son.. Don’t let me down……
Jon Hampton looks surprised as Mr. Lucente walks in to his room, and confronts him out of nowhere, and simply disappears back out the room.
JON HAMPTON: I got to go… I’ll talk to you later………
WE CUT- TO- Carlos Shotgun sitting alone in his locker room, and he’s refusing to be interviewed right now. He’s asked all reporters to stay away from his locker room for the time being, and it appears- that Chris Falkenyork- has also isolated himself from the rest of the locker room. “The Original” Jericho is backstage standing with Flo Stanley as we speak.
FLO STANLEY: Thank you.. I’m here with --
“THE ORIGINAL”: ..Flo… no need to introduce me… these people know who I am. I’m the XWF’s reason for existing. I’m the all knowing, all seeing eye.. Of this corporation, and damn it- I’m as hardcore as they come… I’m looking forward to my match- with Falkenyork… that’s for sure..
FLO STANLEY: That’s for sure, aye?
“THE ORIGINAL”: You know.. If I just wanted you to stand around, and quote me all day.. I’d hire someone better looking than you… jeeze- lo- weeze…. The point is Flo. I have been at it for years, and it’s about time.. I get an opportunity to showcase my value. I’ve Main Evented plenty of Pay Per-Views.. But, something about tonight….. Just makes this evening- special….. And I can’t wait to go out there, and let- Chris Falkenyork- experience… “The Original” Jericho.. .. For the first.. And quite possibly….. Hell- most definitely…. Probably… for the LAST TIME… ever! … It’s going to be fun…
“The Original” Jericho exits- stage left, and we cut to Xavier Summer’s running in to Mr. Lucente in the hallway.
XAVIER SUMMERS: Lucente!!
XWF OWNER- Michael Lucente: ..Just the man- I was looking for…
XAVIER SUMMERS: I’d like to say- the same to you…. But, I’m looking for one of your employees…..
XWF OWNER- Michael Lucente: ..Let me guess.. Which one…. ? …Listen- X..
XAVIER SUMMERS: Lucente-- NOT NOW! I have busted my ass for you.. For years, and to get screwed out of an opportunity like that- by the hands.. Of some low-life.. Who had no business out there in the first place…. Is going to send me over the edge!
XWF OWNER- Michael Lucente: ..I understand X… it’s been a weird season for you, and you’re trying to see- where you fit-- and--
XAVIER SUMMERS: No more excuses Lucente… I WANT.. STEPHEN BLOOD!! I want him.. At XTREME MANIA DECADE.. I know you.. I know you’re planning something big, and we all know- that Stephen Blood.. Will only return.. For One Night Only, and we all know.. You’re going to put it together.. In the end… eventually- it will happen! And I know.. Stephen Blood will be there…. And I know he’ll be competing….. And well-- now that I’m going to be his opponent… I know he’s going to get his ass kicked!!
XWF OWNER- Michael Lucente: Now hold on just a moment. What makes you think… it should be you?
XAVIER SUMMERS: Oh.. I know it’s me, and if it’s not… I’ll do everything in my power- to make sure tonight, and every other night.. On XWF record… goes down in shambles… I’ll tear this place down- brick- by -brick.. I will.
XWF OWNER- Michael Lucente: You calm down.. X…. I’ll tell you what… I’ll give you- your match. You’re right.. Stephen Blood wants to return for one night only, and I’m going to allow him.. To get back in that XWF RING.. And have his chance- to- say goodbye- the right way….. Now-- you will get your opportunity as well…. It’s a shame though X… one of you has to lose…. You know that right??
XAVIER SUMMERS: If you’re even suggesting.. What I think you are…. You’re out of your mind Lucente. I won’t lose. I can’t lose. I let Shotgun sneak away with a victory…. I - let- Jesse- put me away…. And now- THIS……. No..-- I won’t lose….. It’s not an option….
XWF OWNER- Michael Lucente: We will see.. .for now… the first match.. Officially… scheduled.. For XTREME MANIA DECADE… is….. …you.. Versus.. Stephen Blood…..
XAVIER SUMMERS: It’s going to be a pleasure- to send- him- off. The right way….
With that-- Xavier Summers walks off, and seems to put an end to his search for Stephen Blood. Seeming satisfied with getting the match he wanted, and at XTREME MANIA DECADE.. It will be… XAVIER SUMMERS vs. STEPHEN BLOOD….. Also- rumors have it.. It will be CARLOS SHOTGUN vs. CHRIS FALKENYORK…. But, how will that play out?? Will BOTH the Xtreme Trophy, and THE XWF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP.. Be on the line?? We are about to find out shortly……..
For now-- we saw- Jon Hampton defeat Triple H. Only to lose- to Carlos Shotgun- via the Sharp Shooter…. We had… War Machine, and The Phan.. End in a draw, and.. We saw Jesse Jones.. Beat.. Triple H.. -in what appears to be.. His last match- in XWF History….. And- we also witnessed.. The rebirth of Rage, and Crimson Tide….. It looks like-- these two gentlemen have a lot in store…. But, the XWF Tag Titles.. May no longer be an option?? .. Just exactly what will Carlos Shotgun think of all this mess? How will the match between Jesse Jones, and Jon Hampton play out? And who will be going home.. With that XTREME TROPHY??.. All this, and more…. COMING UP NEXT… you won’t want to miss it…..
