Playing the blame game and saying that people would whine about how the results came out are reasons why motivation is lost.
Now, I mean...I've done my fair share of b###hing before and have been on the receiving end of it but... That's just part of this game. Not everyone is going to be satisfied all at the same time with every single show.
Nobody has the time to invest in making sure that things run with no issues. If there's any reason why things didn't work out, that's it.
