Five Animal Frolics Daoyin Qigong
Based on traditional Chinese medical theory, Qigong uses simple, graceful movements and static postures to promote energy circulation, calm the mind and spirit, and strengthen the body. The Five Animal Frolics is a system of Qigong based on the movements of five different animals and was originally devised by Hua Tuo, a famous Chinese physician, nearly 2000 years ago.

Master Luo De Xiu has been practicing and teaching the internal martial arts of Gao Style Baguazhang and Hebei Xingyiquan for over 30 years. Master Luo received his fundamental training from Zhang Zhunfeng's student Hong YiXiang. Zhang Zhunfeng studied directly from the originator of Gao Style Baguazhang, Gao Yisheng. Master Luo went on to study with many of Zhang's other students, including Hong Yiwen and Hong Yimien. Luo also studied with Sun Xikun's student, Liu Qian.
Master Luo's years of research into the theory and teaching of the internal arts, as well as his experience in many full-contact competitions gives him the ability to explain internal theory, proper body mechanics and fighting theory in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
