I know this is a very old conversation, but I stumbled upon it during a web search, and thought I'd comment for the benefit of future travelers.
I was lucky enough to take a seminar with Wen Mei Yu, and have her dayan qigong book and video series, which I used extensively when learning the form. In my opinion they are the best teaching aids available for Wild Goose Qigong, far clearer than the other popular videotape. Indeed, they are among my favorite tai chi or qigong tapes period, and I have a large library.
Wen Mei Yu is one of my favorite teachers. I was very sorry to hear about the controversy regarding Liangong. I've yet to see her response. Even so, please do not let it cloud your mind to the many wonderful things she can teach.

: Ann,
: Wen Mei Yu appears to be a
: goodhearted teacher so if you have
: the opportunity, go ahead and study
: with her and be openminded. You be
: the judge and assess how you feel
: you might learn.

: Thank you, I will look into that.
:
: I already found Wen Mei Yu has books
: on Amazon, which are very positively
: reviewed for their attention to
: detail. Watching a video would help
: me to test the waters before looking
: for a teacher.
:
: However, I also came across this
: letter from Dr. Zhuang Yuan Ming
: stating that Wen Mei Yu
: misrepresented her Liangong
: credentials.
:
: Wen Mei Yu's Chi Kung Book Wen
: Mei Yu's Liangong book
:
: How about Wen Mei Yu? Wild Goose qi
: gong?
