The first five chapters are a discussion about the current state of Tai Chi and where is the "Chuan". It is more directed to people unfamiliar with the martial aspect.
From chapter 6 on, he goes into the key aspects of tai chi that will make your tai chi exceptional. How the form is the building block to train the tai chi principles. Which form you do is not important so long as you a following the principles. He speaks about how to get the mind directing the energy and the energy moving the body.
He pulls from the Tai Chi classics and uses examples from daily life, books, and tv shows to help explain them.
