3 day Internal Fighting Arts Summer Camp
Sat/Sun/Monday 23-24-25th August 2008
All teachers will be covering both barehand, weapons and neigong (inner power) aspects of the arts.
9 hours a day training, arrive Friday evening, finish,Monday evening.
Sendeng Silat with Guru Simon Das.
Warrior Archery/Inner Alchemy Meditation with Drdha Shivanath
Bagua and Xingyi with Alex Kozma and Mike Kaniewski
location - Bagua Wilderness Retreat , Elmswell, Suffolk.
This is a large wooded area where retreat students can set up tents. All meals , washing facilities etc provided.
All meals vegetarian.
Cost £210 all inclusive
