Thank you, I will look into that. I already found Wen Mei Yu has books on Amazon, which are very positively reviewed for their attention to detail. Watching a video would help me to test the waters before looking for a teacher. However, I also came across this letter from Dr. Zhuang Yuan Ming stating that Wen Mei Yu misrepresented her Liangong credentials. Wen Mei Yu's Chi Kung Book Wen Mei Yu's Liangong book : How about Wen Mei Yu? Wild Goose qi : gong?
